Here are more details from the organizer of the event:

Assuming that you enter RWV at the Clover Patch Drive gatehouse, go to the stop sign and turn left and then immediately right. On your left will be Lakeside Commons and a short entrance drive leading to a circular drive and the entrance to Lakeside Commons.

The Encore Theater is on the lower level of LSC - the stairs and the elevator are on the left past the front desk.

You may find a parking space on the circle (one that is not marked with a green “reserved” sign on the curb), but it is unlikely.

The Gatehouse attendant will provide maps of the Village showing visitor parking spaces. Try to use those, but if all are gone, leave the LSC circle and turn left onto a street that goes between Calvert Landing and Meadowbrook Square. On the far right are parking spaces signed “Employee Parking”. Ignore the sign because on Friday evening few employees are here, but do not ignore the green “reserved” signs on the curb (resident parking).

The vehicle delivering risers, etc. should go to the LSC loading dock driveway. Park so as to NOT block the loading dock. There is a sidewalk leading to a single door to the theater wings and double doors leading to the theater lobby. I will open the single door.

South on Snowden River is your only choice from Route 100. The third light will be Tamar: turn right. Go through one light on Old Dobbin and take your next left into the village center (Foreland Garth).

Park anywhere (no numbered spaces): the Art Center is the building with the round window across the courtyard from the parking lot (pass between the Safeway and the Parcels Plus).

From I-95 or 295NB, or from I-97, take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) towards Towson. Follow directions below.

From the Baltimore Beltway I-695:

Take exit 12B (east). Turn right onto Wilkens Avenue. Proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Maiden Choice Lane. The Charlestown gatehouse will be on the right immediately following the shopping center. Turn left and proceed to the stop sign. Make a right at the stop sign, and then an immediate left turn. This will be Renaissance Gardens Terrace.

Take the Beltway to I-795 North.
